This instrumental album contains original compositions by Leaf Eichten Lovetree – it is meant to be a peaceful, easy listening album that would be good accompaniment to folks who are reading good literature or for any quiet moments in life. It is an ode to the quiet place in which I live, where I have little sound pollution and where I can see the Milky Way at night.

This album is dedicated to the memory of my grandmother Alison Guinotte. She was a master painter as well as a mother of 10 children. I grew up admiring the oil portraits that she painted of my older sister and I that were always near the piano. When I was in college she passed away and I inherited her vinyl record collection of classical music that she would listen to while painting. Listening to those records inspired me to start to learn how to play piano, which eventually led to other instruments. Thank you Grandma, I hope you can hear this album in heaven.

This album may be shared and played freely, so long as any proceeds go to support the preservation of our planet's quiet, healthy eco-systems for the benefit of everyone.

Tracks #1-6 and #11 were recorded at my home in Chimacum, WA with my piano, flute, and guitar tuned to A=432hz.

Tracks #7-10 were recorded at ToolShed SoundLab in Port Townsend, WA.

Sound engineers are George Rezendes, Camelia Jade, and Simon deVoil.

Album produced by friends and family, especially my father, Michael G Eichten.
